Chasing the Colors Charity Golf Tournament — supporting autism charities

Why we give back

Building More Than Just Steel.

At Ellyson Enterprises, we believe strong communities are built the same way as strong structures through support, trust, and people willing to show up for one another. Building Bridges was created as a personal mission for founder Brad Ellyson, whose daughter is on the autism spectrum. Through his family's journey, Brad saw firsthand the importance of creating supportive environments, accessible resources, and strong community connections for children and families navigating autism.

Through Building Bridges, Ellyson Enterprises donates time and materials for installations and improvement projects at autistic learning centers across Arizona. From facility upgrades to custom fabrication and installation work, the team is proud to use its skills and resources to help create safe, functional, and welcoming spaces where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Founded in 2026, Chasing the Colors is Ellyson Enterprises' annual golf fundraiser dedicated to supporting autistic youth and the organizations that serve them. Inspired by founder Brad Ellyson's personal connection to the autism community through his daughter, the event was created to bring together industry partners, families, and community members around a shared mission of support, awareness, and opportunity. What began as a personal passion has grown into a company wide commitment rooted in compassion, service, and the belief that success means giving back to the families and communities that support us.

How we contribute

What giving back looks like in steel.

A few of the ways our shop and our crew support the special-needs and autism community in Arizona.

01

Donated Steel & Fabrication

When a school, therapy center, or nonprofit needs structural work for a sensory room, playground, or build-out, we run it through the shop at no charge.

02

Build Days

Our crew donates labor for projects benefitting autistic and special-needs kids. Whether it's a ramp, a rail, or a full structural buildout — we put the time in.

03

Event Sponsorship

We back walks, fundraisers, and Valley programs that serve special-needs families. The way a company spends its discretionary dollars says what it actually cares about.

04

Family-Owned Empathy

Every employee at Ellyson knows the story. The reason that matters: our crews show up to these jobs the same way they show up to TSMC. Same standards, same care.
