At Ellyson Enterprises, safety is an important part of how we operate and take care of our people. We believe the best projects are built by teams that are well trained, prepared, and looking out for one another on the jobsite. Through repeatable systems, detailed planning, and ongoing education, we create an environment where quality, efficiency, and safety go hand in hand.
Our company-wide programs focus on continuous improvement through training, field education, and hands-on instruction. From fabrication operations to field erection, employees participate in regular meetings, equipment training, and operational reviews designed to reinforce accountability and strong work practices at every level of the company.
To support that mission, Ellyson Enterprises operates a dedicated training room at our Glendale facility, where employees receive continuing education, certifications, and hands-on instruction throughout the year. We are committed to investing in our workforce and helping develop the next generation of skilled tradesmen and leaders within the industry.
As part of our commitment to the community and the construction industry as a whole, Ellyson Enterprises also hosts free OSHA training classes open to the public once a month. We believe stronger training creates safer jobsites, stronger teams, and a better future for the trades across Arizona.
